CLIENT TESTIMONIALS

Hear What Others Have to Say

This is my third year of Pilates with Jo and it has become an essential part of my life. I have had back problems for many years and I had never been to an exercise class before but I have really benefitted from Pilates. I feel much stronger and able to exercise more than I used to. Jo tailors her classes to accommodate the difficulties people present, altering exercises for individuals as appropriate.

Emma Group Classes

The class is fantastic and I have really benefited from being stronger and more aware of my posture. It has been great to be able to take my 2 year old with me and Jo is very relaxed and calm with the children. We still get worked hard though! I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the classes. Thank you

Jo Mum & Me classes

I’ve had 1:2:1 training with Jo for 2 years now and absolutely love my sessions. I feel stronger, fitter and definitely more toned and strong 💪. The sessions are varied and I can feel real progression. She keeps me on my toes and just when I think I’ve mastered something she gives the exercise a small tweak to push me that extra bit and get 100% out of each work out. I love the little tips for everyday life which I can work into my daily routine eg brushing my teeth whilst standing on one leg 🤣. Jo is a legend!!

Colette 1:2:1

I have been attending Jo’s classes for 2 years now, I was experiencing some shoulder and lower back niggles due to my job as a nurse, Jo has helped me with this and helped me strengthen up and I have noticed a huge difference in my posture and think about the way i move. I always feel relaxed and thoroughly enjoy the class.

.

Claire Group Classes

I’ve really enjoyed Jo’s small friendly Pilates sessions, once a week, for nearly 2 years now. These mainly mat based sessions focus on building strength and flexibility. Jo is great at giving each client personal attention and making sure you are doing the exercises correctly. Would highly recommend!

Lucy Group classes

I attend both the group classes and 1:2:1's with Jo. Whilst I enjoy the group classes the 1:2:1's are on a different level. With Jo's discerning eye, exacting standards and focus on precision she ensures you put maximum effort into every minute. Exhausting!

Arabella group classes and 1:2:1

I’ve had hip and back problems ever since starting road cycling in my 40’s. I’ve had a 1:2:1 with Jo for the past 6 month and Jo has slowly built up my strength to the extent that both issues have now disappeared. .I’ve found  Jo’s sessions to be both engaging and challenging, helping me to work within and outside my comfort zone. Pilates is one of the best exercises I’ve “discovered” and can thoroughly recommend it.

Tim 1:2:1

I’d never done Pilates, I just knew it might help me with my lower back pain and stiffness. After just a few months I no longer experience any of my “regular” back pains! Jo has taught me techniques to save my back during lifting my little one a 100 times a day! I really enjoy being surrounded by mums with babies and we are all so comfortable with each other even though we are at different level of strength and flexibility. I could not recommend the classes enough! Dorota - Happy Mummy of a 2 year old!

Dorota Mum & Me classes

I started Mum & Me 10 weeks in to baby number 3. Not only does the class give me a chance to have a bit of ‘me’ time (albeit the little one has moments of clambering on me) it has given amazing results in terms of reduced back and shoulder pain, better posture, more muscular legs and bum not to mention the core! I Highly recommend.
